Facebook's Ray-Ban Stories Smart Glasses With 5-Megapixel Dual Camera And Open-Ear Speakers Launched.
On Thursday, September 9 Facebook's Ray Ban Stories Smart Glasses were launched. The glasses are available in three designs and multiple color options. We have the option to customize the glasses depending on our needs. The glasses comes with dual 5-megapixel camera. The glasses have external LED lights that allows people to know the cameras are rolling. There are inbuilt earphones and touch activated controls for music, calls and volume.

The glasses are equipped with two 5-megapixel cameras that can capture images with 2592x1944 pixels resolution and it can capture videos upto 30 seconds with the resolution of 1184x1184 pixels resolution at 30 frame per seconds(fps).The glasses has open air speakers which are mounted in both temples. Facebook and Ray-Ban has included touch-sensitive controls that can be used for music playback, calls, and volume rocker. On the right temple, we can use the shutter button to capture images and record videos and there are three microphones in the glasses for taking calls.
Users can pair their Facebook 's Ray-Ban Stories to their smartphone via Bluetooth v5 and they are compatible with smartphones that are running Android 8.0 or higher and iOS 13 and higher. The smart glasses connect to smartphones through the Facebook View App which is the "operating system and content sharing companion". The glasses are equipped with dual-band Wi Fi, The battery is charged with the included case and the smart glasses are charged through a special port in the hinge. It comes with C-Type USB charging Port.
The glasses comes with Facebook voice assistant that will help users control various functions os the smart glass hands free.

They comes with six options for lenses that includes regular ,Polarised and transition lenses. Owners can select between clear with Blue Light Filter, Brown, Dark Grey, Green, Polarised Dark Blue, Transitions Clear With Dark Lenses. The Facebook Ray-Ban smart glasses can be purchased through the website of Ray-Ban and through retail stores in Australia ,Canada, Ireland, Italy, UK and US.
