GOOGLE WARNS 2 BILLION CHROME USERS. Attacks against Chrome are on the rise and Google has confirmed two more critical hacks. Shutterstock In a new blog post, Google reveals that Chrome's 12th and 13th zero-day operations (CVE-2021-37975 and CVE-2021-37976) have been discovered and are affecting Linux, macOS, and Windows users. The zero-day hack is critical because it is discovered by hackers before Google can release a fix. This puts Chrome users in direct danger. Google reiterates this, stating that it is "aware of the exploits of CVE-2021-37975 and CVE-2021-37976 occurring in nature".
